Sérgio Dominique-Ferreira holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management Studies - Marketing and Strategy. He is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave, Portugal. Director of the Master's Degree in Marketing (Polytechnic Institute of Cavado and Ave). He has been a researcher in the Department of Methodologies of the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), as well as researcher in the Department of Business Organizations and Marketing, Faculty of Business, University of Vigo (Spain). He has previously published articles in relevant journals, e.g.: Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Journal of Hospitality Marketing & Management, European Journal of Management and Business Economics, Journal of Global Scholars of Marketing Science. He also won several awards in Conferences (best paper, best presentation), including Keynote speaker at International Conferences. Research interests: Artificial Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Supply Chain Management. Other research topics: price sensitivity, bundling strategies, customer satisfaction and loyalty e brand image.
