Raquel Mendes graduated in Public Administration (1997), received a master’s degree in Economics (2002) and a PhD in Economics (2009). She is currently a Coordinating Professor at the School of Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave – Barcelos, Portugal. She teaches several courses in Economics, since 1997. She is an Associate Editor of Tékhne – Review of Applied Management Studies. She has various publications in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters and proceedings, and has many communications at international scientific conferences. She has collaborated as reviewer with several journals. She is a Mobility Coordinator of the School of Management.
