Márcia Vaz
Master's degree in Communication Sciences since 2017 from the University of Minho and a degree in Communication Sciences since 2014 from the Fernando Pessoa University. She has been studying for a PhD in New Media at the University of Aveiro, Department of Communication and Art since 2023. She has been a researcher at the Applied Research Unit in Management (UNIAG), at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB), since 2021, carrying out tasks related to digital marketing, market research, data processing (using descriptive and exploratory, inferential and multivariate statistical techniques) and analysis of results in the areas of business management and tourism. He has presented 7 peer-reviewed oral papers at national and international scientific events. He has published a total of 15 articles in the proceedings of national and international scientific meetings, 3 peer-reviewed book chapters and 1 article in a journal. She currently has 15 articles indexed in SCOPUS and 5 articles indexed in WoS. She works in the areas of Tourism with a focus on Marketing, Strategic Management and Regional Development.
