Phd, Cultural Science, master's degree in History of History of Populations, postgraduate qualification in Tourism and Religious Heritage and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cultural Management. She has a degree in European Studies. President of the Côa Parque Foundation since March 2021 and Lecturer at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, since September 2001. Coordinator of the Arts and Humanities Department between 2007 and 2021. Researcher at the Centre for Research, Development and Innovation in Tourism (CITUR) since 2018 - 2024 and Researcher at the UNIAG | Applied Management Research Unit (2025). Côa Valley Interpretive Guide between 1996 and 2001. Member of the National Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (CNCTI) between 2021 and 2022. Member of the award jury for the Douro Entrepreneur Award 2012 competition. Member of the jury of the "7 Sweet Wonders of Portugal" competition, 2020 and 2021 edition. Member of the ART&TUR International Tourism Film Festival jury since 2018. She has published several articles in specialised scientific journals in the field of heritage and cultural tourism.
