Luciano Ricardo Menegazzo is an economist, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Planning and Governance at the Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR) and has postgraduate specialisations in Regulation and Public Sector Costs. He works as a Regulation Specialist at the Regulatory Agency of Paraná (Agepar), with experience in economic and financial analysis, tariff reviews and adjustments, cost assessment, investment analysis, and efficiency evaluation in delegated public services. His professional background also includes work as an economic development consultant at Invest Paraná, consultancy in planning and finance, and participation in major national projects in the port and airport sectors through LabTrans/UFSC.
