Carlos Rompante da Cunha

Carlos Rompante da Cunha is PhD in Computer Science from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Portugal. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Informatics and Mathematics, Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB), Portugal. His research interests are in the area of pervasive and mobile computing, distributed systems and mix-reality combined with machine learning, having published +100 scientific papers among journals and conference Proceedings, and being member of the scientific committees of several conferences and journals. He is integrated member of the Applied Management Research Unit (UNIAG) where is main research topic is ICT applied on Tourism. He is also collaborator in the Research Centre in Digitalization and Intelligent Robotics (CeDRI). Currently he is Vice-Dean of the School of Communication, Administration and Tourism of IPB.
