Master’s in psychology, with specialization in Organizational, Social and Work Psychology at the University of Porto. Coordinator of Consuelo Vieira da Costa Foundation (FCVC), Assistant Professor and Board Consultant at ISAG - European Business School, and Researcher at the Research Center in Business Sciences and Tourism (CICET-FCVC) and at the Applied Management Research Unit (UNIAG). Has participated as a researcher and/or project manager in 7 projects and has been member of the organising committee in 6 International Conferences. Her current research focus on Digital Nomadism, People Management, Tourism, Marketing and Strategic Management.
